“ We had a great evening at Why Not? Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar in Nimmanhaemin. The atmosphere is romantic and stylish, perfect for a date night or relaxed meal out. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The wine selection is impressive and well curated, with plenty of good options. The pizzas were decent but the highlight for us was the gnocchi Sorrentina, creamy, perfectly cooked and the must-have dish of the night. It felt like an elevated Italian dining experience in Chiang Mai Would definitely return next time we’re in town for the food, the drinks and that great vibe. ”

“ If you're craving amazing Italian food while in Chiang Mai you must come to Why Not? The staff are extremely attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. During our stay we ate here a few times as the food is just so so good! The pasta dishes we tried were very memorable, flavourful and some of the nicest Italian we've had. Love how you can either create your own platter of delicious meat and cheeses or allow the chef to do so. We enjoyed the wine also, they had a large selection of good wine, just perfect to go with the food. The pizza was also very tasty, perfect crust too! Loved the atmosphere, you can choose to sit inside with air conditioning or outside which is a large area of big and small tables, perfect for families to gather together. The owner walked around and spoke to many customers, we had the pleasure of speaking to him, what a lovely man, very passionate and friendly. We 100% recommend Why Not? Italian Restaurant, it's truly perfecto! ”
